Stephanie Allen, PT
Stephanie Allen graduated with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Prior to this she completed her Bachelors of Kinesiology in Athletic Therapy at the University of Calgary, as well as an Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal University.
Moving to Nakusp in August of 2020 has combined her love for the outdoors, trail runs, huskies and water sports with her love for physical rehabilitation by joining the Nakusp Integrated Health Clinic.
In the last couple years she has also specialized into Women’s Pelvic Health and helping women of all ages improve their everyday quality of life and returning them to their previous level of fitness and activity.
Stephanie provides Physiotherapy assessment and treatment, including IMS (intramuscular stimulation, aka Dry-Needling), cupping, and other techniques, as well as Pelvic Health Physiotherapy treatments through her private practice Arrow Lakes Physiotherapy.
She works with both ICBC and WCB claims.

Nancy Hillier, PT
Nancy Hillier is employed by IHA, offering physiotherapy treatment focusing on education and exercises, along with manual therapy to help with pain management and optimal recovery from muscle, bone or nerve injury, vestibular conditions, concussion management and pelvic health.
If you could benefit from a physiotherapy assessment and treatment, speak with your physician to have a referral sent to the physiotherapist. They will contact you to make an appointment. These sessions are free of charge.
*Please note that this physiotherapist has not replaced Marie, who also works out of the Arrow Lakes Hospital. While Marie works with patients who have specific rehabilitation requirements (ex: surgery), this physiotherapist is available to assess any type of injury that could benefit from therapeutic treatment.
